Area Sales Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned area agents, executing FX investments, and managing ROI to achieve sales objectives and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and build strong relationships with current and new agents
- Monitor and negotiate day-to-day FX rates, commissions, and customer fees to increase volume transactions
- Perform regular market analysis on competitors' rates and pricings
- Facilitate exchange rate changes as suggested and requested by agents
- Support agents with transactions and provide resolutions to maximize customer satisfaction
- Partner with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and transactional revenue streams
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 or more years' experience in Sales or Customer Support roles
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
