Job Title: Sales Training Manager

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Manager to join our team. As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the sales skills of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our sales team.
  • Develop and implement curriculum to support the firm's learning and development strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs.
  • Manage and coordinate training resources and utilization.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members to improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training and development.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
