Job Overview

Everstaff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team as a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain initial and follow-up client contact to ensure seamless communication and case management.
  • Conduct thorough case reviews to identify key issues and develop effective strategies.
  • Prepare and file discovery responses, draft and file responses to opposing counsel, and order medical records and schedule depositions as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, contact medical facilities, and draft letters for billing information.
  • Communicate with clients regarding settlement disbursement and prepare hearing documents and pretrial agreements.
  • Prepare and forward settlement documents, document case information, and maintain file organization.
  • Assist with balance sheets and expenses, and prepare and submit forms, motions, and orders.
Requirements
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required for this position.
  • Previous law firm experience is necessary, with data entry or case management experience preferred.
  • Experience assisting executives is also a plus.
