**Join Our Team:**

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our team at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$95,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and installing desktop and laptop computers, as well as peripheral equipment such as scanners, printers, monitors, iPads, and iPhones. They will also be required to install, configure, and test desktop operating systems, Microsoft applications, third-party security software, hardware/software upgrades, and system patches.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Configure and test desktop and laptop computers
  • Install peripheral equipment such as scanners, printers, monitors, iPads, and iPhones
  • Install, configure, and test desktop operating systems, Microsoft applications, and third-party security software
  • Provide troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and preventive maintenance of workstation equipment

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of four years user support experience as an IT Field Service Technician
  • Hands-on working-level knowledge of technology products, HP computers, and peripheral equipment
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 2016/2019 Suite
