Job Summary

Standard Calibrations, Inc. (SCI) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee calibration services projects in the Instrumentation & Controls field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and quality assurance/control, with the ability to lead teams and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field from an accredited school, or 6 years of related industry or military experience.
  • OSHA 30 or CAD/Visio training a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
