We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to provide expertise and consultative advice on change management principles, methodologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks.
  • Lead, develop, implement, and provide input in the development of stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Lead, develop, implement, and provide input in the development of sponsor roadmaps and communication and training plans throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers, smooth the adoption process, and contribute to problem-solving resulting in successful implementation.
  • Support senior leadership by developing strategies to foster consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders to adapt to changes to align with the Ministry's modernization strategy.
  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Provide strategies, methodologies, and tools to measure outcomes and success of change implementation and adoption.
  • Develop plans for continuous improvement based on assessment of change success throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

  • General Skills: 35%
    • Experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
    • Experience in the development of communication plans, change management strategies, and training plans.
    • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project.
  • Desirable Skills: 35%
    • Experience identifying and assessing change impacts to business processes and technology solutions to drive adoption.
    • Experience leading medium to large transformational change projects.
    • Experience applying a structured change management approach and methodology for assigned initiatives.
