Job Description

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Certification and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with various affordable housing programs and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with certifications, audit preparation, and corrections as assigned by the Regional Portfolio Manager or Community Director.
  • Conduct applicant/resident certification interviews and gather eligibility documents.
  • Process certification files in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive communication with onsite staff, Portfolio Managers, and Compliance team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree preferred.
  • Affordable Housing/Tax Credit certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
