Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly skilled Cross-Functional Customer Experience Advocate - Enterprise Solutions to help us deliver exceptional results for our most crucial customers. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and enhance relationships with our customers in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Lead the post-sale relationship of Canva's strategic accounts within the customer journey, focusing on adoption, expansion, and renewals.
- Grow Accounts: Identify areas for growth within existing accounts through forecasting and partnering closely with your account team to renew and expand.
- Drive Best-in-Class Processes and Practices: Collaborate with senior leadership and our growing customer base while building team practices and playbooks for operating as a top SaaS business and solutions provider.
- Mentor Team Members: Cultivate the culture and talent for attracting and motivating the talent to accomplish the above.
- Identify Product Improvements: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify product improvements and ensure our clients are up-to-date on the latest features and offerings.
