Client Services Professional

Tandym Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Professional to join our team. As an Enterprise Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective resolution to client concerns and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex contract and billing system inconsistencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems, ensuring seamless reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Identify and resolve root cause issues to retain clients and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Telecommunications and/or Cable industry.
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management databases, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Billing systems.
  • ICOMS and/or CSG billing and data entry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 per year
