Caregiver Support Specialist

We're seeking a compassionate and organized Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Service. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families.

About the Role
  • This position will work closely with our Operations Manager and Owner to provide support with caregiver scheduling, record-keeping, and client engagement.
  • A strong understanding of senior care services and commitment to providing high-quality support are essential to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and rotations to ensure seamless support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of caregiver hours, performance, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in caregiving, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic health records and software systems.
Estimated Salary Range:$50,000-$60,000 annually
