Sales Associate for Retail Operations

We are excited to announce an opportunity for Sales Associates to join our retail team at an upcoming event. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service abilities and be available for flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy while representing Ziegler CAT
  • Maintain and organize the retail merchandise area
  • Restock inventory, manage apparel presentation, and ensure a tidy retail environment
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding merchandise, including apparel, toys, and accessories
  • Process sales transactions efficiently
  • Handle payment procedures with accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Able to commit to 8-hour shifts; flexibility in scheduling is appreciated
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with electronic payment systems is advantageous
  • Proficient in basic math skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands, communicate, and hear
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Work environment may include both indoor and outdoor settings with potential for elevated noise levels
