Job Overview

The Retail Sales Associate will be one of the first points of contact for customers in our retail store, located on the 4th floor at a major shopping mall. As a representative of Wisdom Gaming, Inc., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with questions and purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions and purchases
  • Engage and greet every customer that walks in
  • Ring sales on the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Assist in the e-commerce process, including picking orders and preparing them for shipping
  • Assist in venue operations and events as needed
  • Maintain a clean workspace around the retail and venue space

Requirements

  • Retail experience or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of gaming/esports (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to learn new technologies and implement new techniques
  • Collaborative and able to give and receive constructive criticism

What We Offer

  • Competitive base pay ($17 to $19 per hour based on experience)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Must be available at least one Friday, Saturday, or Sunday a week
