Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Mall of America location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bakery, and back office.
  • Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
