**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bakery Trainer to join our team at Sprinkles Cupcakes. As a key player in our bakery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Operational Excellence:** Ensure adherence to our operational protocols and procedures, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity in our bakery operations.
  • **Customer Service:** Enhance guest experiences by handling inquiries and feedback effectively, providing outstanding customer service in alignment with our standards.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Act as a product specialist, offering recommendations to guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience with our products.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Uphold our company culture and contribute to a positive and productive work environment, working closely with our management team and associates to achieve our goals.
  • **Safety and Quality:** Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and associates.
  • **Administrative Tasks:** Assist in daily cleaning tasks, opening and closing duties, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • **Passion for the Industry:** Passion for the bakery and customer service industry, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional results.
  • **Management Experience:** Minimum 1 year of management experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • **Flexibility:** Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • **Communication Skills:** Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a steady pace.
  • **Physical Demands:** Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to bend and reach comfortably during work hours.
