Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Audiologist to take on a dynamic role as a traveling trainer with a prominent organization in the hearing sector.

The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to deliver audiological and technical education aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and familiarity of Clinicians and Dispensers with various product lines, while also supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product and software training sessions to enhance customer expertise and proficiency with the product offerings.
  • Facilitate 8-10 in-office training sessions weekly.
  • Engage primarily with private practices, ENT specialists, and healthcare facilities.
  • Serve as the primary resource for resolving complex patient scenarios and providing technical support.
  • Participate in national, state, and regional conferences, as well as public speaking engagements and seminars.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Technical Support, and Research & Development teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Training and Development:

  • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided through an immersive onboarding program.
  • After completing a 10-week training course, the candidate will accompany other trainers for hands-on experience.
  • Medical Device training will be included.
