Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will provide expert-level installation and services of cutting-edge technology to our customers.

  • Install and configure smart home technology systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maximize earning potential through service and installation appointments
  • Act with honesty and integrity to offer customers peace of mind

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Sales experience in a related field
  • Field technician experience in a related field
  • Clean driving record and valid license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands

  • Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • Climb ladders up to 14 feet
  • Work in attics and other limited-space areas
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Compensation and Benefits
