Your Role:
In this position, you will deliver essential in-store merchandising assistance to retailers, ensuring that shopper needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Constructing displays and end caps to attract customer attention.
- Resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness.
- Monitoring inventory levels to optimize sales potential for both stores and suppliers.
- Assisting leadership in onboarding new team members and providing training and coaching to enhance team performance.
