Dental Office Coordinator

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team in Vancouver, WA.
About the Role:
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to coordinate dental appointments, post patient data, and maintain an efficient front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work with a diverse multi-cultural population.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dental appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Process new patients and ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
- Assist dental providers with services to patients
- Generate dental records and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Previous dental receptionist experience preferred
- Customer service training and ability to process at least 20 new patients per day
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
