About the CompanyWe are a State Farm independent contractor agent, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and growing our business through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial needs.
- Assist with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our office and services.
- Support the agent in identifying and participating in local community events and sponsorships.
- Manage the website and social media content, ensuring that it accurately reflects our brand and values.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, profit sharing, and flexible hours.
