Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial needs.
  • Assist with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our office and services.
  • Support the agent in identifying and participating in local community events and sponsorships.
  • Manage the website and social media content, ensuring that it accurately reflects our brand and values.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, profit sharing, and flexible hours.
