Membership Development Associate

As a Membership Sales Representative at StretchLab, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, which includes generating leads, following up with potential clients, and closing sales deals. You will also be responsible for booking and confirming intro classes for new members, managing the front desk to provide exceptional customer service, and conducting facility tours to establish relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead generation, follow-up, and close sales
* Booking and confirmation of intro classes
* Front desk management and customer service
* Facility tours and relationship building
* Personal sales production and meeting sales quotas
* Promotion of company services and products
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
* Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
