Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Master Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of automotive service excellence and client satisfaction. Join our team to demonstrate your skills while guiding a group of committed technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Proficiency:

  • Execute advanced diagnostics on a variety of automotive systems, employing state-of-the-art tools for precise identification of intricate issues.

Repair and Maintenance:

  • Carry out complex repairs and maintenance on a wide array of vehicles, showcasing proficiency in both domestic and international models.
  • Effectively resolve complicated mechanical, electrical, and technical challenges.

Leadership and Guidance:

  • Act as a mentor and resource for fellow technicians, offering support on challenging repairs and diagnostics.
  • Contribute to the development of junior technicians, enhancing the overall competency of the team.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all repairs align with or surpass manufacturer specifications and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections to detect potential issues and suggest preventative strategies.

Client Interaction:

  • Engage with clients to clarify diagnostic results, repair alternatives, and recommendations.
  • Establish trust and rapport with customers by delivering outstanding service and technical knowledge.

Ongoing Education and Development:

  • Remain informed about industry innovations, new technologies, and emerging trends in automotive repair and diagnostics.
  • Pursue further training and certifications to expand skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience as an Automotive Service Master Specialist.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving intricate automotive problems.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems, components, and repair methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Education and Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician certification or manufacturer-specific certifications are highly regarded.
  • Ford Motors Master Certified, with a minimum qualification of B or A level technician.
