As a Master Technician , you will be the primary expert for mechanical repairs in our service center, responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers' vehicles and ensuring an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Foster teamwork to ensure timely and accurate customer care during all operating hours.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service, including clear communication and feedback regarding customer vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable workstation within the service center.
  • Perform complete disc or drum brake services, including replacing all braking components and conducting full brake flushes.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the braking system mechanics and the servicing process, and be able to address customer inquiries.
  • Diagnose and identify issues within the braking system.
  • Diagnose vital components and perform necessary repairs on Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating & AC, etc.
  • Utilize our computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor, using programs such as All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, etc.
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles (before and after service) to ensure all work meets our standards.
  • Additional duties may include performing ancillary services such as:
  • Lubrication services, including Transmission and Radiator fluid exchanges.
  • Fuel services, such as Fuel Filter and Fuel System Cleaning.
  • Tire rotations and Gearbox service.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of automotive experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working specifically on brake systems.
  • The ability to provide training and supervision to apprentice team members.

Education/Training Requirements

  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in A5 - Brakes Certification.
  • Additional ASE certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning are preferred.
  • A degree from an automotive technical or trade school is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
