Role Summary – Your Contribution:

Are you enthusiastic about delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience? H&H Automotive is seeking a Service Reception Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the service drive operations by coordinating the duties of support staff and managing the flow of vehicles through the service area. Your primary objective will be to ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere for service customers. This position is vital to our Service Department's success.

  • Assemble appointment packets for arriving service customers.
  • Maintain an appointment log for incoming service clients.
  • Organize and oversee the inventory of appointment materials for the service drive.
  • Arrange and position service drive cones, ensuring their proper layout and inventory.
  • Prepare the service drive for customer arrivals each day, including managing any vehicles left from previous operations.
  • Welcome service guests as they arrive, locating their names on the appointment log and retrieving their corresponding appointment packets.
  • Guide the flow of customer traffic entering the service drive.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 1 pm to 6 pm or Monday - Friday 3 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 1 pm
