Key Qualifications:
Technical proficiency and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Computer Engineering (CE) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in selling engineered technical products across diverse industries.
Strong business insight coupled with a professional demeanor.
Experience in selling to the Processing Industries is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, balance, stand, and walk for extended periods while maintaining necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to different temperatures, weather, and noise levels.

Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to deliver technical support and assistance.
Focus on nurturing existing accounts while also seeking new opportunities (2% hunting, 98% farming).
Provide training to enhance Sales Representatives' knowledge and effectiveness in selling our diverse product range.
Engage directly with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products and strategies.
Promote in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
Assist in evaluating project feasibility from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Support Sales Representatives in follow-ups and closing deals.
Handle specialty equipment requests with written confirmation from prospective customers only.
Review specialty requests with the Sales Department.
Assess proposals prepared by Field Sales Representatives before submission to clients.
Organize face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
Participate in specialty sales activities as directed by the Sales Manager, including trade shows and customer seminars.
Support Sales and Marketing initiatives as requested by the Sales Manager to enhance product promotion and sales.
Occasional travel may be required (0% to 5% maximum).
Work collaboratively to improve customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
