Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Bogota Fab Works.

Job Summary

As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers, including oil and filter changes, air brake service and repairs, and engine troubleshooting and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PM Service on tractors and trailers
  • Conduct oil and filter changes
  • Service and repair air brakes
  • Diagnose and repair engine issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Conduct Federal DOT inspections on tractors, trailers, and trucks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CDL License (a plus)
  • Welding and fabrication skills (a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as paid holidays, vacations, and a 401K plan.
