Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Peerless Fence. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing residential sales appointments, achieving sales and margin targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Serve customers with quality, service, and integrity, providing a high-level customer service experience.
  • Sales Growth and Margin: Achieve sales growth, margin, and close rate objectives.
  • Utilization of Salesforce: Maintain full utilization of the Salesforce program and sales processes.
  • Communication: Clear, consistent communication throughout the sales process.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Appointment Management: Maintain appointment schedule and arrive at each appointment on time.
  • Project Proposals: Measure client backyards and compose project proposals based on project specifications, customer needs, and product preferences.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain high-level clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Client Requests: Respond reliably and quickly to client requests and needs.
  • Sales Presentation: Provide a professional, informed sales presentation.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve sales goals, margin targets.
  • Company Policies: Adhere to and uphold company policies and sales procedures.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Salesforce Utilization: Effectively utilize Salesforce to record all appointments, emails, interactions with customers.
  • Digital Estimating: Use digital estimating system to produce project quotes.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: High-level customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Math Skills: Basic math acumen.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email/internet.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous B-to-C sales experience.
  • Driver's License: Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all safe driving practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with in-home sales consultations, home improvement sales (fence sales, a plus).
  • Bilingual: Bilingual.
