Automotive Sales Consultant:

  • Demonstrate product knowledge and presentation skills when showcasing vehicles to customers.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries, schedule sales appointments, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Efficiently manage incoming online customer inquiries.
  • Collect customer information for management review and approval, adhering to company documentation standards.
  • Explain vehicle service and maintenance requirements to customers, providing ongoing support post-sale.

  • Follow up with customers who have not yet made a purchase and encourage them to visit the dealership.
Qualifications:

Automotive Sales Consultant:
