Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a tailored residency curriculum that meets your learning needs.
  • Deliver direct nursing care under the guidance of a coach, adhering to established protocols.

Education Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on the work area.
