Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs.
  • Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
  • Assess and prioritize patient care activities based on individual needs.
  • Implement interventions to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Document patient interactions in compliance with guidelines.
  • Seek guidance when necessary to maintain safety and quality of care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN is preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
