- A/B Testing Support: Assist in A/B testing initiatives to uncover opportunities for improving product user experiences.
- Ad-Hoc Analytics: Manage and deliver all ad-hoc analytics requests.
- Extensive experience in market research, architecture, process improvement, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in data warehousing, SQL, and Python.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex data sets and developing analytic solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in managing analytics and reporting for large business units.
- 5+ years of experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, adeptness in stakeholder management, and the ability to present analytical results effectively. A solid understanding of data infrastructure and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is essential.
