Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead our Data Analytics project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating team collaboration, delivering high-quality data analytics solutions, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Scrum Master: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and next steps, and prepare and distribute status reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encourage open communication, mutual respect, and shared responsibility.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for data management and analytics, ensure the quality and accuracy of data analytics outputs, and conduct regular testing and validation of data analytics processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role, and experience in data analytics projects is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification, and PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), data analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI), and cloud services (e.g., AWS).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Industry Knowledge

Experience in the automotive and motorcycle OEM industry is a plus, with understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities, and familiarity with business processes and workflows within these industries.
