Job Title: General Manager

At Sky Zone, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our park operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily park operations, managing revenue and expenses, and ensuring a safe and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and foster a positive work environment, creating a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including membership sales, birthday parties, and special events.
  • Manage park operations, including staffing, inventory, and facility maintenance, to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and events.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including labor costs, revenue, and customer satisfaction, to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
