Job Title: Executive Assistant to CMO

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CMO's daily schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and assist with budget management.
  • Help manage departmental budgets and expenses, track spending, and generate expense reports.
  • Drive the rhythm of the business in close partnership with the Chief of Staff, including agenda management, notes, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Lead, drive, and execute on various team events, socials, offsite meetings, etc.
  • Act as a liaison for assigned executives, relaying and exchanging information with others, including senior leaders, customers, and clients.
  • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems.
  • Field incoming requests, exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.
  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide backup support for other AAs in the department.
  • Cultivate culture and community within the team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience providing administrative support to C-level executives.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, at least 25%.
  • Proven ability to interact in a professional manner with executives, customers, prospects, and internal team and stakeholders.
  • Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
