Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Electrical Trades Educator to join our team at Camden City School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction in electrical trades to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to equip students with skills for success in electrical trades
  • Set rigorous academic and behavioral goals to ensure student achievement
  • Build positive relationships with parents and the community to promote student success
  • Provide high-quality, differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students
  • Track student achievement data and provide feedback to inform instruction
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure student success
Requirements
  • Valid NJ Instructional Certificate: Career and Technical Education Teaching Certificate
  • Five (5) years experience in Electrical Trades
  • Proficiency in electrical theory
  • Criminal history background check required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Trades or related field
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
