About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Sound Choice Mental Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, client-centered care to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
  • Client-Centered Care: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth.
  • Manageable Caseload: Maintain a caseload of 28 client visits per week, prioritizing quality care and therapist well-being.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities, including continuing education, advanced certifications, and clinical supervision.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Licensure: Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting.
  • Skills: Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care.
