Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist License in Washington upon employment
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number obtained within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health settings
- It is mandatory to secure an NPI number within 30 days of commencing this role. The NPI application process is complimentary, though it may take several weeks for processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy, particularly with adults facing physical challenges
- 1 year of experience working with the elderly population

Compensation and Benefits
