Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at MSU Federal Credit Union. As a Key Account Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to key account customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to key account customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to key account customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in customer relationship management software a plus.
