Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through various communication channels, including chat and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chats and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assess client needs and provide resources and support through chat and email
- Recognize crisis situations and take appropriate action to minimize risk
- Perform research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources
- Enter member information into the EAP system and document comments and information thoroughly
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
