Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises kitchen staff and manages their performance in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory culinary position.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A college degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Skills and Abilities

Candidates must be able to:

  • Effectively communicate with guests and staff.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Resolve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

Work Environment
