- Clinical Environment: Work within a residential inpatient unit and outpatient facility, focusing on low acuity patients.
- Collaborative Support: Benefit from the expertise of an on-site psychiatrist to enhance patient care.
- Patient Load: Manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients daily.
Flexible scheduling options are available, including:
- Five 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Four 10-hour shifts
Additionally, there is a requirement for one night of on-call duty per week, which is phone-based only.
Compensation and BenefitsThe position offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
