About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, SMB to join our team at Dialpad. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth for our Small Business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Managers to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Dialpad business
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
