Role of the Customer Experience Agent:

Our Customer Experience Agents serve as more than just representatives; they are brand ambassadors who exemplify Paraco's dedication to delivering memorable, positive, and engaging customer support to both residential and business clients. As a vital member of the Paraco family, this role focuses on providing exceptional assistance to current and prospective customers. We believe in cultivating authentic connections with our customers by actively listening, anticipating their needs, and presenting innovative solutions to guarantee their satisfaction.

We seek individuals who can provide an excellent customer experience and effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns. This position offers a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls with a pleasant demeanor, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize effective listening skills to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring their requests and questions are addressed promptly.
  • Analyze incoming calls, propose proactive solutions based on the information provided, and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, engaging proactively with clients and colleagues across the organization.
  • Utilize call center metrics for performance evaluation.
  • Overtime may be available based on call volume.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound customer service or call center role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence; punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Capable of comprehending documents such as instructional and procedural manuals.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, 10-key calculators, and data entry skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
