In the role of Scheduling Specialist, you will play a crucial part in organizing IME services. This position demands outstanding organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming requests from clients to coordinate IMEs across various specialties.
  • Analyze legal and medical documents to ensure appropriate CVs are provided to clients for designations.
  • Oversee case management from initiation to completion.
  • Communicate with physicians, clients, and legal representatives regarding scheduling updates.
  • Coordinate additional services such as interpretation and transportation as required.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or fax regarding report statuses and information.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· Previous clerical or related experience is strongly preferred.

· Experience in scheduling or within medical/legal environments is advantageous.

· Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office is essential.

· Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism on the phone are necessary.

· Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
