Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), airline, and airport regulations.
  • Enforce safety and security measures, protecting sensitive areas and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Create and modify reservations, checking in passengers, and handling luggage.
  • Provide accurate information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements.
  • Process credit card payments and direct aircraft parking and dispatch on the ramp.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring mechanical equipment is in proper order.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
  • Ability to learn and understand the company's Contract of Carriage.
  • Courteous and professional in all interactions.
  • Ability to maintain composure and diffuse stressful situations.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70-pound suitcases and carry them for a distance of up to 25 feet.
  • Physical dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending, squatting, and twisting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions.

Working Conditions:

  • Varied work environment, including indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and meet all physical requirements related to aircraft weight limitations.
