Behavioral Health Program Manager

As a Behavioral Health Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for overseeing a medium-sized group or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Develop and implement budget recommendations to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Personnel Management: Conduct performance evaluations, allocate resources, and have overall personnel management responsibility, including HR, personnel, and compensation issues.
- Program Design and Operations: Oversee the design and operations of the program, including access outcomes and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead a larger team, such as Adult/Child or CDS, and participate in regional committees as needed.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of post-license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Education: Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
- License and Certification: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), and National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Knowledge of State Regulations: Familiarity with state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- Couples and Families Requirement: If Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California, must meet couples and families requirement or complete within two (2) years of hire.
- Labor/Management Partnership: Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
