About the Position

Napa County, CA is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Human Services Agency, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Quality Coordinator is responsible for tracking state and federal regulatory requirements and ensuring that they are integrated into our agency's operational practices. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health services and a proven ability to work collaboratively with staff and providers to achieve quality improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal standards
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance service delivery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with staff and providers to ensure adherence to protocols, policies, and implementation plans
  • Monitor staff workflow to obtain and prepare information for report submissions
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in behavioral health or a closely related discipline
  • Four or more years of experience in a program delivering mental health services supported through state and/or federal funding
  • Possession of a valid license issued by the State of California (e.g. Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, etc.)
