PAREXEL's Early Phase Clinical Unit is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their team.

This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills to greet and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and transfer calls, screen calls, and take messages in a professional and positive manner.
  • Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, adhering to security procedures.
  • Coordinate transportation and taxi arrangements for Parexel visitors and volunteers.
  • Assist with scheduling activities and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Manage catering for internal and external meetings as required by various departments.
  • Monitor performance to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Provide administrative support as needed and submit helpdesk requests.
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception desk, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Procure and manage office supplies and stationery effectively.
  • Assign parking spaces and arrange parking arrangements as necessary.
  • Contribute to a positive and results-oriented work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Follow visitor and guest protocols and procedures.
  • Support the facility manager as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and tech-savvy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent Parexel positively and professionally to clients.
  • Highly service-oriented, with knowledge of coordination and communication at all levels.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position.
  • Prior experience working in a medical setting (hospital or office) is preferred.
  • Minimum High School Diploma required.
