Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of quality, ethical, and profitable ABA services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience in developing and supervising treatment programs for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical operations, including planning, implementing, and evaluating ABA programs
  • Supervise and support BCBAs and clinical staff through regular check-ins, program reviews, audits, and session observations
  • Act as a primary contact for clients and families, ensuring open communication and seamless coordination with clinical staff
  • Develop and implement systems to evaluate, monitor, and enhance clinical processes
  • Partner with the leadership team to maximize financial performance and expand CTS's reach in the community
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field and current licensure
  • Meet the requirements for BACB supervision credentials
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical role for this field of practice
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supervising treatment programs for children with autism
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
