Job Summary

nLIGHT is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Admin to join our team. As a key member of our support operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service requests and dispatch technical personnel as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, providing timely updates and resolutions.
  • Monitor service engineer availability and alert the manager of any shortages.
  • Manage service contracts, warranties, and quotes, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our CRM system.
  • Provide purchase order validation and follow up on delivery, as well as manage spare part orders and returns.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports, as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and support.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a technical or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce and FS360 a plus.
