Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at CAI. This role involves performing a variety of general support tasks within our established IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and administer Windows operating systems
  • Perform tasks as directed, with minimal supervision
  • Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops/tablets/mobile devices, network switches, automation systems
  • Provide 1st/2nd tier support for most help desk related issues
  • Create and maintain documentation for established support procedures and processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar support role
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with building laptops/desktop PCs, creating/configuring standard install images
  • Experience in installing/supporting network switches
  • Knowledge on supported systems like printers, network interfaces, windows 7/10 OS, phones (android/windows), tablets and other mobile computers
